Boys live here

As I walked to the car this morning to go to work, these scenes in our front yard and driveway caught my attention. It's obvious that boys live here. Wild, crazy, fun-loving, sports-playing, imagination-filled boys.

You don't even want to know what the play area inside the house looks like. A quick glance would show puzzles, trains, small aliens, baseball equipment, stuffed toys, wrestling action figures, and dinosaur books. Sounds great, except that it's strewn throughout the room. Ah, well, they are just signs of the blessings we call our boys.

What evidence of your blessings are spread all over your home?

Thanks to you I know how to call the mess my 12, 9 and 2.5 years old can create - "evidence of blessings" LOL My evidence come mostly in shapes of trains, train tracks, balls, mega blocks, little people, puzzles, books, pieces of apple, empty sippy cups and cereal all over the floor. :)

I LOVE this! I have quite the "evidence of blessings" spread all about my house with my 11 month old daughter having learned to walk. We have everything gated off and baby-proofed. Toys are strewn haphazardly all across the house, little crumbs riddle the couch, beds, and the floor. But I (most often) smile when I see them because it reminds me of what a happy life I am living.

Wonderful photos! I think for us I could photograph piles of books everywhere and say that Readers Live Here . . . hmm, now I feel a scrapbook page coming on. Thanks for the inspiration.
